"Both staff members I interacted with were helpful and were kind enough to speak to me in English. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was ready early. This was one of the more affordably priced rooms I saw, but it left nothing to be desired for space, location, cleanliness, comfort, or service. (Note - no staff on-site overnight.)
