"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"Review checkin process. Find entry codes and details about key fobs. Find out if there is construction next door as i was awaken every morning at 7am by construction noise. Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit. "One thing to note is that this hotel is part of the "red zone". We didn't run into any issues but be careful at night. It's in a happening spot and because it's a little dangerous, we didn't go out at night and the hotel is not soundproof, so it was a little hard to sleep. Our room also smelled very strongly of smoke and the hot water only lasts for about 2 minutes so take a quick shower."
