"This place was so unique and beautiful! My son loved the playground he wouldn’t leave it. It’s comfy and cozy! Has a wholesome family feel to it:), just absolutely love it! ❤️ we would absolutely stay here again! And I recommend to anyone with children who want and outdoor experience with a cabin, and a nice little quiet area! It’s organized, friendly, and clean! I think it’s a perfect stay for anyone. "

"Visited in the off season and it was a nice quiet stay. Loved the little cabin we stayed in, too. It seemed either like a newly built or newly refurbished. Either way it was very comfy and inviting. The dogs at the main building were very friendly, too!"

"My husband, adult son and I spent the week in Rapid City just exploring. The cabin we rented was clean, comfortable and the beds comfortable. Everything was as described. "Clean and comfortable stay. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Location was central to all the Black Hills activities we wanted to do. The kids loved the loft in Cabin 1. The first cabin wasn’t too far off the road, so there was some traffic noise, but we enjoyed how the location was in the forest and quietly off-set from all the tourist happenings. We would stay again! "

"Excellent property! We had a relatively large group with 4 adults & 4 kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. We all played in the creek and took advantage of the lack of cell service to really unplug. Perfect spot if you enjoy privacy, nature and homey comforts. Host is top notch as well. I'll definitely be back to this location."

"Mile High Cabin was just what our family needed! We had three family units and the accommodations were more than adequate. The sites and activities we enjoyed were easily accessible from our cabin. There’s were multiple activities that could be enjoyed inside on the rainy days and when we needed down time. The kitchen was fully equipped for us and spacious enough for multiple people helping prep. We all want to come here again!"
