"Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We were really surprised with the beautiful gesture of a slice of cake & card to celebrate both my children's birthdays! Unfortunately the pool was closed for repair works. Still, love the place."

"The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. "

"Overall excellent location and staff very helpful. Disappointed on first morning there was no hot water. However we were moved to another room. Left luggage area is on ground floor and not manned so takes time to get our golf clubs."

"We drove there, but were told that complimentary parking coupons aren’t provided for bookings made through Expedia—though they are available when booking through other platforms. It seemed a bit odd. "

"Seamless check-in and out service. And ample room space. Very highly recommend for family/friends to stay overnight in JB. Not to forget is near the amenities/shopping centres.. definitely will be back again!"

"The property is nicely maintained and had thoughtful amenities. However, there was some inconvenience. Check in/out timing, was limited to office hours. The heater in particular, did not warm up in time, even though we waited 15mins between each use. A more absorbent bathmat would also be helpful. "
