ProsIt is clean, has a very soft bed and has a great view except for the treeConsThe cons are the host very rarely contacts you if you have issues. There is a sign that says you will be towed and I tried contacting the host to see if I needed a parking pass. It’s been 48 hours and I haven’t heard from her back ( you won’t get towed). The toilet wobbles and the sink was so clogged with hair and dirt that I had...

"Refrigerator reeked of raw fish. Having house keeping come in helped some but the stench remained. Ceiling Fan didn't work, lights flickered, dishes filthy, everything we tried to use had to be cleaned of grease and dried food. Owner needs to check occassionally the status of her rental and its ammenities."

"Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...

"David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and the area! I highly recommend it!"

"Excellent location. Walking distance to waterfront, all of historic New Bern and easy access to hwy to get out of New Bern to go to the beaches. It’s not a fancy spot but well appointed and very clean and wonderful. I loved the back and front entry option!"
