"This place is not as advertised. Nothing about it is updated and the hot tub was so old the cover to it fell apart when I opened it to check the temp. There is no heat except an electric floor heater and the bed is memory foam and a sinking sink hole. The patio where the hot tub was had deep snow and ice and was not safe. Overall exceptionally bad experience. Don’t recommend. Pictures are not accurate. "

"I never leave reviews for our stays, but this place marked all the boxes. One of the best places we have ever stayed. Location is awesome, view of the river from every room. Very clean and well equipped for all our needs. Fishing was good, caught a few brook trout, can fish all along the Lower falls trail. The falls are a short walk down the trail. Highly recommend Nonah,s Kitchen and Reklis brewing. Will defiantly be back for another stay. 5 stars!!"
