"Central to the area of Griffth, clean well-presented facility within walking distance to amazing restaurants."

"Needs a refurb. Toilet kept running and not flushing, noisy fans. Carpets need a good deep clean. Noisy room even when windows are closed of an evening. The car parking was secured which was good but I don't feel the price was worth it. Not really a "grand" standard."

"The motel felt tired, like it needs a brighten up. Pillows were terrible. There was noise late at night ( people talking ) that went on the about 45mins."

"Apart from a confusing check in procedure. (No information on how to check in from Expedia) And when I approached the staff in the restaurant they blamed it on my having incorrect details on file - which was false as Expedia never share guests information with 3rd party provider. Malt house should of reached out and sent information prior to our stay about check in. Also disappointing that once we arrived to rooms, it explained about 24 hour noise from cotton factory next door. Would of been...

"Clean rooms great staff "

"Friendly check-in, clean room, very quiet, ok beds & pillows, foxtel etc ok. No wifi in room at rear of property. No room service or food or shops close by, but not too far to supermarket & main street. Noisy aircon unit needs replacing. Bathroom door needs fixing. Basic & fair value."
