"We stopped over at Sea Breeze Beach Hotel for one night on our road trip from the Gold Coast to Sydney. It offered a 2 pm check-in which was great. Communication was great. We recd an email prior to check-in saying if you needed a microwave or toaster etc anything else you just need to ask. The rooms are all on the first floor via steps from the car park- (note no lifts) and we were given an upgraded room with a balcony. The balcony offered side views of the sea. I felt discriminated against and treated poorly, I travel all the time and I will no longer use your motel. "
