I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on...

"The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded. I called the owner, and to be fair, all the issues were fixed the next day. The apartment is quite noisy — you can hear everything the neighbors are saying from the kitchen. During...

"Apartment was very nice and located perfect close to Manufaktura but still a very quiet apartment. I will for sure be back! However, Communication with the company is difficult, because you can only send email, they give you no phone number or any WhatsApp, so if something is wrong then you are on your own."
