"Traveling with two large dogs and a parrot, we found ourselves needing an unexpected stop in Dilley. The Hotel Dilley Grand turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The hosts were genuinely welcoming and made our whole crew feel right at home. The historic building has been recently renovated. "The room had great AC. Bathroom was very clean. Would like to have had handheld shower head. Had safety grab handle in shower which is great for older folks. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. "

"Looks are deceiving, we have stayed here several times and Im very Marriott and IHG loyal however the IHG in Uvalde is unnecessarily overpriced, so ABV it is. Initially I was pretty worried about staying here but was BLOWN AWAY at the super friendly service! Literally everyone I have talked to is so dang nice! The rooms, though recently renovated still need some work in my opinion, however, this is now our "go-to" place to stay when we visit."
