"We had an ant infestation in the room. Bedside lights didn't work, phone didn't work. WiFi was horrible. Kids screaming in the hallways. Would not recommend."

"The Delta Fredericton is the nicest hotel in the province. We love the Delta and stay there whenever in town. The restaurant is fantastic. The bar is fantastic and the rooms are magnificent. "I cannot make a comment about the Breakfast, because, when the Breakfast room opened I was already 150Km away. Breakfast time at the Inn is between 8am and 10am. I suggest they open only between 9am and 10am. Like this they would safe a lot more money which is certainly needed to renovate the place. "

"Our room was simple but clean. No staff on duty when we got there but had left the key for our room and a message through Expedia what room we were assigned. The property was safe. It looked to be under renovation. There is an outdoor pool but of course it wasn’t open at this time of year, the end of April. "
