"The room was dirty, floor needed vacuuming. Room was not ready. No pillow cases. Then we were offered another room. That was worse. Not ready. No door handles, tools scattered on the floor. We asked for our money back and went to another motel"

"The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful."

"Nice place, efficient staff"

"Stay was great. Place was quiet. Does not have the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathroom like other hotels. Breakfast was meh. Outside of that it was a decent hotel for a decent rate."

"The property was nice and well maintained. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with great pillows. Breakfast was good!."

"Highly recommend for a simple, nice accommodation. In town for Monticello River days concert- The Fabulous Armadillo’s!! Nice people, easy check in, clean room. We’re in a heat wave right now and A/C was consistently perfect! Nice water pressure and shower wand! Plenty of restaurants, gas stations… 5 star stay."

"I love this cabin since it reminds me of the place my grandparents had in northern Michigan when I was a kid. I had so much fun recapturing some of my childhood "up north" memories on the lake. Just having the windows open with the breeze coming off the water was heaven. I went fishing off the dock for hours (caught some big bass!) and also took out the canoe for about half a day. I happened to be traveling alone for this trip, so I had the place all to myself... but there would be plenty of...

"Very clean and the lake was beautiful! Deck on the back is a great place to watch the sunset."

"This property was very inviting and the perfect size for our small group. Communication with the host was prompt and the home seemed well cared for. Would stay again if in the area"

"Nice, quick getaway from the Twin Cities. Well stocked cabin for a quick ski and ice fish weekend. "

"Huge house on Clearwater Lake, comfortably fit 20 guests (when lakeside of house was open) for an engagement celebration! The property was very clean with many games and lots of community space for everyone. The host stocks everything you need for a large gathering of people."
