"I stayed in Room 2629 during my visit. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and hotel did not meet expectations, especially considering the rate of more than $400 per night. The bathroom had a water stain and mold forming on the wall to the left of the bathtub near the floor. The towel bar had apparently been repaired recently, but the patchwork looked rushed and unfinished. "The check in staff was amazing. I don't understand why this is categorized as a hotel. It's more on the level of a motel. It definitely wasn't worth the price that was paid. I honestly wanted to check out as soon as I saw the inside of the hotel and the room. The entire place is outdated and appears unkept. I definitely would not recommend. Expedia, you failed on this one for sure! At least a partial refund should be honored since your recommendation, photos and reviews were very misleading."

"We reserved front ocean view. It was a very nice location to watch air show. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit older so you do see wear and tear but it was clean. Great for a few days with small frig and coffeemaker."

"UP SIDE: The staff were nice and helpful. They accommodated one of our two requests. The renovations are decent. Love having a kitchenette! Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Beds are on the hard side, but oddly I didn’t wake up stiff or sore from them and good fluffy pillows. DOWN SIDE: Toilet was not cleaned at all under the seat.
