"Very clean property, very easy to get in and out . Have to pay for parking , not that great"

"Excellent stay. Clean rooms - great pool and overall chill hotel. Staff was super helpful on multiple occasions and friendly throughout."

"Staff was great, room was clean and spacious, and all of the common areas were well kept during a busy festival weekend."

"Full kitchen and then bathroom was huge with a walk in closet and washer/dryer! I went for ACL and it’s about a half hr walk from the Barton springs entrance. We got riders there each day which was inexpensive and then walked back since it was cooler! Good food and bars in the area as well."

"The pool"

"Great property for the price."

"Breakfast was good and staff was helpful"

"The hotel location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room were clean and comfortable. My only negative was the not so bright hallways to get to the room, but I would definitely stay here again."

"Aire acondicionado ruidoso y también se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle. El desayuno está bien. No tuvimos vista al lago"

"The accommodations were excellent for the modest price of being downtown. Friendly staff and super clean rooms were a bonus. The only downside was the super shallow bathtub if anyone ever wants to take a bath. It's literally 8 inches "deep!" Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Just remember to get a higher floor to avoid the city noise and take a pass on the subpar breakfast and go to a nice local eatery!"

"Clean and comfortable room. Convenient location. Nice bar on the second floor."
