"Hotel was clean and free breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly & room was comfortable. Pool was nice. My only complaints are the area because there is a large homeless population around the hotel. Walking around outside was sketchy. We were approached a few times by homeless people asking for money, food, or trying to flirt. The hotel lobby and bar do not have any a.c. They put portable AC’s to help with the heat but you can still feel the heat in some parts of the lobby where the ac doesn’t...

"Good quality to value ratio hotel for downtown/ Rainey Street area of Austin. Can be a little noisy due to the Rainey Street bars / restaurants. However, during the week, the music finishes around 12am. Also, if you get a high floor it will be quieter. Highly recommended. I would stay again if I visited that area of Austin."

El aire acondicionado del cuarto siempre se quedaba en 24 grados Celsius sin importar si la aumentaba o reducia. Por último el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento, únicamente vallet parking que cuesta $59 USD + tax por día, el cual se me hizo algo caro."
