"Biggest complaint was just over priced for what you get. Room was small and basic. Bathroom was incredibly basic for price point. Our room faced the street as was very noisy at night. Parking was inconvenient and expensive. Location was very good. Walkable with many dining choices."

"The staff was nice, and it was convenient to have the Maverick convenient store basically in the parking lot. However, that is where the positives end, room was filthy with flies swarming everywhere. Thought the bathroom was nice until after the people in the room above me used the shower half the night and I heard dripping in the bathroom, went in to find a large puddle. Parking lot was filled with trash and car parts, several people sitting in their vehicles at all times giving nasty looks...

"The staff at this Fort Collins location is above and beyond the most helpful, patient and remarkable staff of all the places I have been. They are the reason I choose this location for my stays in this area. Even if they are CSU fans, they treated me fairly and with humor. It was nice to talk to real humans and get help when needed. The staff makes all the difference and this staff is great!"
