"The stay was fine. However I went back and forth about charges being made to my card. For a week! I definitely felt there was something not right about it. The manager repeatedly told me i was refunded. And hadnt been. Then took more money out. It was ridiculous! The rooms are.ok. Tempature control, refrigerator and microwave! Definitely could be cleaner, breakfast was good. The attendant was friendly and on top of things! As well as the rest of the staff were very kind and patient. Just not the...

"The hard wired smoke detector kept beeping. We tried to remedy the issue but the front desk didn't seem to care. I wanted to call the fire department because that is a hazard. Then, the hot tub malfunctioned and was also dirty. Never coming back "

There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded...

When there is a wedding with a loud Dj, loud music and loud guests, regular visitors that are not guests of the wedding, should not be roomed above the reception room. Not only did we have that noise until 11pm, we were the room right next to the door to the parking ramp. The constant coming and going through this door was excessive and excessively loud.
