"One of two elevators out of service leading to waiting to get to and from room. Ice machine didn't work on 4th floor leading to trying to get to 3rd floor one on slow elevator. Hotel could use some updating."

"Was everything we hoped for. We loved the balcony river view with the raised bridge in the background. Has been upgraded very nicely. The only minor issue was no microwave in the room. Though they did have one on the first floor. Would stay there again"

"When making the reservations, I asked them not to put me at the end of a long hallway furthest from the elevator. They stuck me not only at the end of a long hallway, another 90 degree hallway awaited me and I was put in the very last room down that hallway. However, the breakfast was very good, an actual person was busy making eggs, potatoes, meats. Very good. All sorts of juices and breads/muffins/etc."

"Second time back and it was great. The only comment would be that it would have been nice to have a fridge in room otherwise nice hotel, spacious clean room, great location."

"The pet policies are inconsistent at each location.Our last. Laquinta stay it was free.After share that at this hotel, they changed pet fee from $50 to $25 per day.I like Laquinta, just be consistent."

"Nice place with interesting history and architecture. And the staff was nice. My biggest problem was that our bedroom had no window. The adjoining living area did, but I can tend to be claustrophobic so was very uncomfortable with a wall with no windows bedside me. We never knew what the weather was when we woke up and no sunlight came in. I don't think they should have put us, or anyone, in that room without warning them first!!"

"I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere....
