"Nice pool, right on beach"

"Condo was exactly as pictured. The condo is a bit dated but was really clean and well stocked with everything you could want or need. The bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. We brought our bikes and it was a very easy and short ride to Alys and Rosemary areas. The back porch was amazing for our morning coffee and afternoon wine while watching the sun rise and set. Communication was perfect and the ease of check in was great. "Honestly we were only inside for sleeping. We spent the entire time out on either the deck or on the screened in porch. My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. "Our vacation was wonderful. The house is beautiful and close to the beach. The host made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to rent bikes at a discount from a local bike rental shop just because we are her guests. Some of us biked in the multi-use lane on Hwy 393 straight to the beach while some took the golf cart, which was very convenient. Our kids loved the community pool. Never seen such humongous and luxurious pool for a community before. It was the highlight of our stay."

"Loved the property! It was perfect for our girls trip! Only complaint is you could only have one parking spot per room, and the elevators take forever to get on. But nothing to stray away! Will definitely book again!"

"We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. The only thing to note is if you are not an early riser or sensitive to light in your bedroom, the sun rises in those 3 East facing windows you see pictured above the bed. "The room is adjoined to another condo which is not disclosed at booking. When the other condo has the door open, the A/C shuts off which was a major issue. When the A/C did kick on, it barely worked. An employee walked into our condo (the door WAS locked) without knocking. He had the wrong room. There was visible dust and dirt on the bathroom floor like it had not been cleaned at all. Blood like stains on the linens and under neath the bed looked like that’s where all the dirt got swept.
