"We stayed in a room with a king bed and two double beds. The room was very spacious, had a mini fridge, counter space with seating and a microwave. It was on the first floor right around the corner from the pool. While the location near the waterpark was nice, it was loud during the day. We had a lot of overhead noise. There were also ants in the room, but it wasn't bothersome enough to report it to staff. The staff are always nice and helpful. The waterpark always entertains the kids....

"First of all they lied on the website there is not a hot tub on site, not even in a suite.
The pool was filthy
We asked for extra towels and never got them. There were cracks in the walls and ceiling everywhere in our room.
Oh and I never got my deposit back!
Don’t book here.
Other Holiday Inn Express places have always been good to me and my family but this one was trash."
