"The room was large and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were no Kleenex; the tap in the bathroom sink only dripped, the wax on the bathroom floor was tacky, the bathroom towel rack fell off, there was no garbage can in the bathroom. The shower in the bathroom was good, the water was hot. People were friendly."
