"The hot tub was broken and the pool reeked of chlorine, but that can happen at places. The most concerning part was never was the room cleaned during my 6 day stay. I had to take out the trash myself, request towels multiple times,the linen was stained, and there was mold in the bathroom. There was a note on the mirror claiming towels and linens would be replaced every 3 days but this never happened. In fact an earring was found in the linen on my first night.
