"This motel was very clean!! It has been updated somewhat, hard wood floors, large screen Roku TV, new beds. The mattress was firm, great size, I think it was a king. Remember, it is a very dated establishment, so it does smell a bit musty. They could use some heavier curtains or window blinds for added privacy. But overall, it fit our needs for our weekend stay, just someplace to sleep and shower while visiting with old friends. We would stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. It was very comfortable, clean, and easy to find. We would definitely stay again!"

"The property was beautiful. My room was clean and had everything needed. They thought of everything. Breakfast was great and displayed beautifully. I loved that the kitchen had labeled cabinets for grocery storage if needed and a full kitchen."

"It was just spectacular It wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience, the house was well maintained beautifully decorated, it was like a time travel to the Victorian era The breakfast was good but not for me, I don’t eat pork, and all what they served has pork in it, but other than that, I loved it and for sure if I am back in the area, that’s the place to go Thanks"

"Great place "

"1. Needs outlets near bed. 2. Two out of the four lamps had burned out bulbs. 3. The Kleenex dispenser in bathroom was empty. 4. The fridge was set at the warmest setting."

"Beautiful inn, clean and comfortable. "

"We appreciated that owners had placed holiday items around to support the spirit of the holidays. Kitchen well stocked. Felt safe walking dog in neighborhood."

"This was a great house for a long weekend stay. Great kitchen and comfy beds. Only issue was there were no hooks to hang towels and there was no Toilet paper when we got there."

"This lovely little house with a completely updated kitchen was great for our visit in Van Wert. There was room for five of us to be very comfortable even sharing one bathroom. It was so nice for our family to be able to stay together rather than be in separate hotel rooms. We appreciated how clean the house was and the washer and dryer. Great stay!"

"The room was clean and nice. The only problem was we were in a non smoking room and the rooms next door were smoking marijuana daily and nightly. It would have been hard not to notice the smell.."

"Had to cancel due to our work schedule c hanging, but will book again when in the area. Roger was very accommodating!"

"The downstairs is the little Oasis. The host was very friendly and a great communicator. I enjoyed my stay."

"This was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in! The house is exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. There was so much space for everyone, and it was stocked with every amenity we could have needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and even included thoughtful extras like spices, coffee, and other essentials that made it feel like home. Every detail had clearly been considered, making our stay easy and relaxing. The weather had been extremely hot for weeks leading up to...

"Great communication and super helpful advice about places to eat!"
