"The rooms were clean, we liked the semi-wood floors. Price is high"

"The most dirtiest place to stay! We reserved online through Expedia and when my husband arrived they said they didn’t accept Expedia online reservations. They wanted him to pay cash. My husband walked away as it was a very nasty, dirty, trashy, smelly place. The only thing that needed to happen was for the lady who was behind the counter to spit tobacco out! Super DIRTY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT STAY HERE."

"The accommodations were beautiful! I love that it’s dog friendly, right on the lake and relaxing. The host, Michelle, was very welcoming!"

"Oh my gosh, this place was such a hidden gem in my old hometown!I have wanted to experience a barndo or tiny house for years, and I was looking for a peaceful home away from home where I could rest, enjoy nature, work on book projects, and reconnect with myself. "The property was as described. Found the property clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There are plenty of linens and pillows, and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our adventure to the Big Thicket. Also close to a small lake with a swimming area."

"My family enjoyed the property. Fishing was good from the dock. The kids enjoyed the kayak and small boat. The kitchen was as spacious as they come, plenty of room to move around and lots of counter space for a big group. The neighborhood and lake is private, pretty peaceful overall. Parking for 4 or more vehicles easily. Very comfortable seating on back porch."

"Nice view of the lake."

Unfortunately, this experience fell far below even basic cleanliness and hospitality standards.I arrived shortly after check-in and immediately noticed signs that the property had not been properly prepared between guests, including a toilet that had been left unflushed. As I continued inspecting the unit, I found additional concerns throughout the property, including grime on high-touch...
