"We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. Staff were friendly and we got our room cleaned everyday which is a luxury since many hotels don't provide daily house keeping anymore. Room is very spacious, beds are comfortable enough. Not great but we have had worse. Love the location since it's in the middle of the park. However, there isn't much to see within walking distance. "The property is in an excellent location in downtown Jackson for walking to all restaurants and shops. The price is excellent for the area. We never used the restaurant, which is around the corner from the resort. The room we had for 2 had 2 queen very comfy beds. Standard amenities in room were just fine. If in Jacksonhole again I would stay here again for all those reasons."

"Our stay was the room with patio. Clean and ready at check in . The room has no AC but had a fan and with window open it was very comfortable with end of May weather . It was very quiet and no TV which was great . Staff was very friendly and helpful with quick response times ! We ate at the dinner there and it was good . "Very impressed with this property! The room was amazing and fairly priced for the area. This hotel pays attention to the details! They have a snack bar in the lobby and second floor atrium with small complimentary snacks, which is a nice gesture. The spa was awesome, which is basically a large hot tub room that is meticulously designed. "Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Selection of breakfast foods was outstanding. Warm cookies brought out in lobby around 5:00 pm Coffee, water and lemonade in lobby. Short walk to town square where all the restaurants and shops are located. We booked an eight hour tour with Teton Wilderness Tours for the Grand Tetons and also a ten hour tour with them for Yellowstone. Gus and Kate were our tour guides and they were excellent, extremely knowledgeable and informative. Great...

"The location is spectacular. The staff was friendly. There are no phones in the rooms and no cell service. We did have WiFi. About 2 bars. You have to walk up to the restaurant for ice. The first room has somebody’s ski gear piled in front of the door and none of the outlets in the room worked. They moved us to a different room. Everything worked however the light switch was missing the cover plate."
