Essential amenities were missing—there was no mini-fridge and no functional air conditioning, making the room temperature uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the room. Significant updates are needed."

"What a disappointment, especially or the price! This place is dated, uncomfortable, not as advertised, not ADA compliant, and has little to no amenities. The pictures make it look like a nice lodge similar to other areas in th park, but it is far from it. The dining room and other things shown in the pictures are in completely different buildings and not easily accessible. The lodges are all separate buildings with no elevators and not connected to the restaurants, registration, or anything...

"The property is showing it’s age and definitely is not worth the $650 per night price tag. Our room was serviced only once in the four days we were there. The toilet seat was broken. Bird droppings were on the ledge outside the window. The pool was not cleaned and vacuumed. I would not recommend this property"

"Any of the worst reviews you have read are true. We came out of them mountains hiking and camping. where We had better amenities. They list under two ranch names probably to hide bad reviews. Dirty is an understatement. Plus their horses are not probably cared for. Most of the guests where very disappointed. Could be a great place with better management. Shame just seems to be a money making place for them"

"Okay, I read the negative reviews about the noise and when I saw the ear plugs, I started to worry. But, it wasn’t as bad as some others have said. You de hear people walking above you, but I didn’t hear any talking or tv noise. Great location. Nice hot tub and pool. The staff in the lobby were nice and welcoming."

"The only issue was housekeeping that comes only on day 3 of your stay will only clean and stock the toilet , did not even make the beds. That was a first at a hotel! Rest was all great. Ofcourse we were not prepared for no AC when we are paying $400+ a night. But they gave us an extra fan that helped cool us down."
