"Was closed to part of our trip"

"Nice place just older. Still nice price for what it is. Like the location. Quieter area of Cherokee."

"Concerned about the room. It smelled of mold. Couldn’t really sleep because of the smell and got a headache. There was a a damp rid dehumidifier container on the floor by the AC that was filled with water. I’m assuming something may be wrong with the AC but the smell is very noticeable when you walk in."

"Everyone was super nice 😊"

"Good hotel with friendly staff. It met our needs perfectly for a one night stay. We came for the concert and this place had a comfy bed and free water which is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room that I was giving was very small "like a dog house" had to pay extra to get what I was expecting to get to start with. The TV reception was terrible. The host I talked with on the phone was nice. I will never stay there again."

"Older basic hotel in a great location overlooking the river, really enjoyed sitting on the balcony"

"Awesome place! I enjoyed my stay at this place!"

"The property was well maintained and having a balcony near the river was great. Unfortunately, road noise was an issue and the 2 Queen beds were too firm."

"Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!"

"The coffee was great! The rooms were not cleaned and the front desk attendant was alone Saturday at 4:45 and we had to go retrieve fresh towels ourselves."

"Great value. Excellent location."

"Soaps shampoos very cheap. No hair conditioner. More of a 100 room not 200."

"Staff was very rude told me no more rooms were available. I then went to the parking lot and booked with no problem. Then she wanted to act nice and apologize."
