"The a/c didn’t work the first night. They fixed it for the second night and told us don’t go below 63 but it never actually got cold just blew air. The pool was out of service and the breakfast wasn’t what was advertised."

"The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was worn out and very lumpy! People above us had children that kept running and jumping on the floor. When I called the desk I was told they couldn’t guarantee the guests would quiet down throughout the night. Was told they could not do anything until quiet hours(10pm) and the only thing that they could do was move US to a different room. My husband was scheduled for surgery this morning and needed a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed...

"Our room was very clean when we arrived. The staff directed us on how to get to our room and gave me the time breakfast was served. As for breakfast, it was wonderful. The variety of food items was amazing. Something for everyone from hot to cold. Dining area was always clean and staff was very polite. "So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels.
