"Perfect quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for us (2 adults and a toddler). It is a 10-15 min drive to zoo, old downtown sites, but 1-5 min drive for essential places. Check in instructions were on website, but we needed to ask for access code. Laundry room was a bonus! Check out instructions were listed on site, but were somewhat different in the BNB so we were unsure which to go by, but we went with the website instructions. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back!"

"I never stayed at this property because the owner canceled on me 2 weeks prior to my stay. She said she had accidentally double booked the property. The text- notification was done outside the app at 4am to my personal phone(sketchy) I had booked this house for a wedding 3-4 months in advance… I contacted VRBO directly and they refunded my stay and gave me an additional credit towards a new booking."

"The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate."

"I would NOT stay at this property again. Riverside is beautiful but we were right on 13th street and very loud. We were in Wichita to bury my husband. Relatives were stopping in to see us and Alex continuously sent emails about the number of cars in the drive. I realize that we were to only have 2 but twice a third card was there. Alex made a very sad and stressful time much worse."
