"A very nice, clean and well kept private motel. Comfortable room. Quiet."

"The Inn was amazing, the only issue we had was the heat in our room was not working on our first night but the staff was accommodating and brought us a small heater and extra blankets. By the second night they had the heat fixed."

"Very close to our wedding venue. Easy to get in and out of. Amenities were nice. So glad there was a coffee maker in the room."

"This place was perfect for the 1 night I needed to spend up there!"

"We arrived to the Inn with a paid reservation and couldn’t find a place to park on the property. We parked in the street. When we checked in, the front desk told us that there was a wedding party at the Inn. She also said we shouldn’t park on the street after 9 because we could be ticketed. We left for dinner and found one place to park when we returned. I wondered what would have happened if there were no places available? Taken our chances at being issued a citation?"

"We loved our stay at the Inn at Pleasant Lake. The location is in a beautiful and quiet spot with access to the lake. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend."

"The Shaker museum was beautiful and the room was comfortable in clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Two things the property could do to make the stays even better: make it clear that there’s no elevator to rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful bringing things upstairs, but they’re not around 24/7. Second, coffee in the rooms would be *greatly* appreciated. On an early Sunday morning, I had to drive across the bridge to Dunkin’ because nothing else was open. I understand wanting to keep the...

"Barbara was super friendly and welcoming! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience!"

"Overall it was a good stay"

"Visited our son at school and stayed the night away from campus. Great get away spot. Wonderful location. The outdoor deck was perfect."

"This is a secret Hidaway. Don't judge a book by its cover. Very cozy, roomy cottage. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. Communication was amazing and is what made our stay easy! Perfect distance to Mount Sunapee. "

"This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem...

"This was my 3rd time staying at Dexter’s Inn and hopefully not the last. It is a wonderful inn with easy access to Mount Sunapee. "

"Everything was great. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very easy process and accommodating for rental and quick response. The place and location was beautiful. Will definitely be revisiting."

"The property was easy to find. We arrived late and I was happy that the lights were on. Easy to find our room key and room. The big negative is our room was not cleaned. The beds were not made, there was some garbage in the room trash and the towels were used. Like I s"

"the drive from the small village out to the Lodge is amazing. Check in is DIY but simple. Views from porch to hills and trees are amazing. Rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need"
