"Easy check-in. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen isnt a full kitchen, just the essentials. Bathroom is decent, the shower is small for tall/big people. A lot of unfinished things in the basement (missing vent covers, missing trim pieces on floor and door, missing baseboards and such) Cleanliness is fine, nothing was dirty anywhere, just a lot of hard water stains in the bathroom. Overall a 7.5/10"

"Clean with comfy beds. Had a great stay."

"Nice clean place. Beds are good. Upstairs provides a little bit of noise but understandable as it’s a basement suite."

"We had a great stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well maintained and the space had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and communication was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"Was clean, safe and close to a lot of amenities."

"Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again."

"A well appointed apartment with easy access for loading and unloading with the bonus of secure underground parking. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to eat in. The bedroom nearest to 109th can be a bit noisy overnight. The apartment is easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The suite was very clean and there were plenty of towels for showers. The host kindly provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. We would definitely stay again."

"it was very good property with very nice host."
