"Amazing customer service"

"Excellent experience"

"Lots to like at this motel. Rooms were very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable. Not only served a variety of breakfast items but also offered free eats during the evening hours. WiFi was easy to use. Didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. In door and outdoor. You can't go wrong staying here."

"I left my backpack in the lobby last Friday am, have emailed through Expedia a request to call me, or give me their number so that I can call direct, ask them to send it to me and pay them for their time and expenses. No one will contact, nor can I figure any way out to get their number. Important stuff to me is in it."

"Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and of a very nice size. We enjoyed an evening meal and a breakfast in the restaurant and found both to be excellent with great service. Check out was just a quick and friendly as check in. We will plan to stay here again."

"Our stay was amazing. Everything was clean. The only complaint I have is we left a ring in our room and the hotel staff was completely not helpful on trying to get it returned to us. I understand it's not completely there responsibility but they could have worked with us a little bit on it other than that the state was perfect."

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were horrible. Hand soap dispenser hanging halfway off the way. Paint chipped away. Exposed wires that prob should have some kind of cover by AC unit. Was getting out of the shower the next morning well before check out time and it sounded like someone tried coming in my room and they had. Thankfully I had the latch on so it didn’t just open up. It was the cleaning people. I wasn’t even checked out yet. Keep your door latched if you stay. Pool water looked...

"The room was ok, bed coverings were not as clean as should have been. The bathroom is very used, and in need of updating. The Breakfast was poor. There were no spoons available, and the clerk made no effort to find some when asked. There was no milk to use for the cereal, very, very, minimal selection of simple breakfast items, no rolls, no yogurt,"

"Just an okay stay, one night and back on the road in the AM. Check-in staff was very helpful. An older facility but reasonable cost and close to freeway."
