"It is a very nice hotel. We had a couple of spiders in our room, which wasnt a deal breaker...but odd. Our bedding had mascara type stains on them too, which bothered me."

"The carpets in our room were so dirty that our feet were black from dirt, you could feel the filth under your feet when you stepped on them. Housekeeping does not come to clean your room, so if you have garbage, or were expecting fresh towels that is not going to happen. We felt this hotel was overpriced for the stands of cleanliness/amenities it provided."

"We liked the gated parking lot with cameras and security that went through every 2 hours. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Staff was very pleasant. Our TV control would not work and after their efforts of an hour we had to change rooms. They couldn’t composite us as we booked through Expedia."

"Room not ready at check in time. Then wrong room given. Staff at check in not approachable and charged out parking incorrectly. I did go back the next day and a new staff member was very helpful and reversed the charges. Hotel is overall beautiful. We prefer the Davenport Grand for future."

"The Valet and restaurant staff were both excellent. The front counter staff and house keeping were horrible. Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building."

We were assigned a first-floor room, but there were still four stairs leading to the room area, making it impossible to use a luggage cart. To make matters worse, there was only one luggage cart available for the entire property. Once we got to our room, I went to brush my teeth and discovered that the sink would not drain properly. It quickly filled...
