"The inn is immaculate. It is a short walk to restaurants and a bar where you can play pool. This is the best play to stay in Shasta and we have been to Shasta many, many times."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom superior lake view chalet that had been updated with paint and new furniture. It was light and bright and very comfortable! I hope they continue to update all of their chalets."

"The property was in a good location and the rooms was clean and beds were comfortable. There is no staff but we had no problems so did not need anyone. I would recommen d the property to anyone visiting Dunsmuir."

"Easy check-in, comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Minimal noise from other travelers. Shower was warm and AC worked well. I liked that there was no carpet but the floors could have been cleaned better (didn't seem like they'd been mopped recently). Traveling with our 1 year old was easy because the room was fairly baby friendly."

It was her approach and how it was presented that it felt like she wanted us to go elsewhere. Another gentlemen quickly walked by as he must have heard our conversation and said they had room outside if we did not mind. There was plenty of room! We recieved our food fairly quick and it was tasty. But our waitress forgot to...

"This small motel was very comfortable and pleasant. Our room had a nice view of Mt. Shasta and it was conveniently located off the highway although we could not hear any sound. The staff was friendly and breakfast was an average continental breakfast. We would stay there again."

"The pool was closed and there was no spa I could find. The floor boards had gaps in the bathroom. There were earwigs on my bed and when I got a coffee at Starbucks one of them crawled out of the air hole. There was also on at the bottom of my coffee. The whole complex seemed to be in the process of renovation. It was pretty sketchy."

"They cancel my stay and I wasn’t notified. I was there at 10pm and the lady at the front desk told me my reservation was canceled in the morning. So I had to look for a place to stay with my kid at 11pm. Very upsetting"

"Great hotel! We wanted an upscale boutique stay along I-5 in Northern California and the Mossbrae was a jackpot. Cute little town with restaurants, a microbrewery, and if you are lucky (like we were), live music. Its a beautiful spot and is 15 degrees cooler than Redding or Medford OR"
