"They were cleaning carpets, but they put me in a room with wet carpets. Went in the bathroom and almost fell from the soap residue from the carpet, smashed my hand trying to keep from falling. Called front desk and asked for another room and the young lady acted like she was doing me a favor. Terrible customer service from front desk. "Met my needs for one night ."
