"It’s everything the host describes. Small and cozy. We were in town to visit relatives. It wasn’t far from them and isn’t too far from several shopping and eating areas and of course the college. Cutely decorated with the college theme."

"Wasn’t bad just found roaches on multiple nights in different rooms so that was off putting. Also had someone knock on our door at 11:30 at night which was quite odd. Other then than it was fine but good for the price."

"Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. "

"This little house could be very cute with some updating. The good: things were clean -- the beds/sheets, the floors, the counters, etc. The mattresses were decent. We loved the little electric fireplace that made things seem warm and cozy on a cold winter's day.The bad: it didn't seem like the house had been deep cleaned before renting. There were lots of smears/smudges/scuffs on the bottom of doors, or, on the edges of doors, there was lots of built up grime. The bedframes were pretty...

"This place was perfect for our stay in Wichita! The one and only complaint I have is that it is very close to the interstate and so it is loud all day and night. "
