"Rooms were dirty. In our first room 2 lamps were broken and the tv did not work. They gave is a new room and the tv only got 1 channel. The overall condition of the room was gross. "

"This is my favorite hotel in Ft smith. Very clean and feels like home. I love the patios to sit at, play games, swim, weight area, bicycles, snacks, fridge, microwave. Good breakfast."

"This place was clean and the room was perfect. The only thing I would say was kinda of a pain is the elevator was slow. There was two elevators but only one was working. I assume the other one was a service elevator. I would definitely stay there again."

"Not bad for an older property. It still amazes me what you get for well over $100. We couldn't get the t.v. to work but the place seemed relatively clean and it was quiet. They provided a breakfast of bagels, ceral, muffins and even hot items like eggs and sausage. We are too picky to eat many of the breakfast items. But they were available along with coffee, juice and milk. We chose yogurt, bagels and cereal."

"This was a no frills, inexpensive place to stay overnight. I came through town for just 1 night. Due to a weekend event in town, every hotel had doubled and tripled. This one had not. The staff was very helpful and the gym was actually better than a more expensive well known hotel I had stayed at a week prior. The cheap regular room was spacious and had kitchenettes, if needed. Don’t turn your nose up at this rebrand - you might be surprised!"

"I have been travelled and stayed in many hotels, but Resident Inn has been on of the best so far. The best breakfast with multiple items. The friendly staffs and clean property as any location. The price was excellent for a studio for 5 adults! Love it!"

"It was a neat little spot, had a little more wear and tear than the pictures. It is pet friendly host didn’t have a problem with my service dog. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but I’m from ft smith and had just came down to pick my brother up so got somewhere to stay. Found out we just needed one night so left early. The only reason not a 5 star is because the host said it smelled like smoke in the place. But we didn’t smoke inside there is a sign on the fridge that says no smoking of any...
