"The couch and recliner were very cheap and uncomfortable. The floor is way dirty. left our feet black after just very little walking, and the backyard had dog poop throughout, which made it smell and kept me from letting my son play out there.Other than those issues, I’d say it’s a 5-star place. The location is great—quiet and very nice. With some upgraded furniture and better attention to cleanliness outside, this place would be excellent."

"Bourbon Chaser is a lovely property. We unfortunately didn't have time to take advantage of the hot tub, but we've already booked it again for next year so maybe then!! "6 of us recreational cyclists visited Georgetown for the wonderful local road riding. We needed a place within walking distance of downtown, room enough for us all with 4 separate bedrooms, and a nice kitchen and “Hang out and drink coffee” area. The latter room was perfect for all 6 of us, and we even caught the live action of the Derby on the widescreen tv. Coffee pot worked great, and all the bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
