"After checking in and going to our room the tv was not working. Had to wait for a couple of different maintenance guys to fix it. The extremely small patio looked out to a local school soccer field and construction fencing mesh. We ate at the Bistro in the hotel. We were the only people there, but the waitress was busy talking to her boyfriend at the bar. She finally came and took out order. Food was mediocre. "The parking situation and how to actually check-in was a little rough, since there are few parking spots, all are very small, and the check-in desk is in a different hotel. Once that got sorted, it was very smooth. The attendant showed us where we can park outside, which was way more spacious. The worst I can say about the room is that one particular floorboard creaked loudly when touched (I feel sorry for anyone who was in the floor below me). All in all, it was a great experience. "Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"

"Room smelled very strongly of mold! There was no AC and the room was scorching hot and the only window was inches away from the asphalt driveway. We spent as little time in the room as necessary. Everything was quite dated and basic inside. I’ve stayed at motel 6s that were nicer."
