They took over to the airport twice to help get through American's massive red tape to get our hotel and food vouchers. "

"Generally good. A few issues:Heat kept getting turned way down on its own and had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back up. Grill ran out of propane and there was no spare tank. The only place to hang up clothing was in the 2nd bedroom. Ended up hanging coats and clothes up on the door knobs. There was no washer or dryer."
