Slippery bathtub. 7. Stains on towels. 8. AC didn’t cool. 9. Light fixture cracked in half. 10. No HBO. 11, Room smelled like puke. 12. Pillows smelled."

"I showed up at the property to check in and there was no one at the front desk. There was a number to call I called it numerous times and left messages after 30 min they called me back. And said they're phone was messed up and that they were at the property. I waited another 15 min and no one showed up. I tried calling them again and no answer. I ended up having to book a different hotel"

"This property had people living there. It was horrible. Girl at desk was nice enough but she didn’t even have a pen to write with. She also had a pitbull in the office. Outside had a car with a flat tire had been sitting there a while. There were children toys outside on sidewalk that told me there were people living there. They put us in a room with a broken security lock. The room had stain and nasty bedding and floors. Mirror was filthy, lamp shade torn. No remote for tv. We unload our things...

"The location was not described properly, it is in a middle of a commercial block which is deserted at night and the common space is a store front."

"We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

"Had a wonderful stay. The house is rustic and homey and on a beautiful piece of property. Perfect getaway for some peace and quiet. Hope to visit again soon. "
