"We were woke up at 12:47 by people banging on doors, yelling laughing loudly and this went on until almost 4 am. I think hotels need to start having employees wandering around on different floors off and on throughout the night. I don’t think it’s up to customers to have to call down and report rude loud people. It makes me feel like I’m doing their job and I don’t want disrespectful people guessing who may have called in. I feel like it involved more than one hotel room."

"We had a wonderful stay at Moose Mountain Hideaway. The peaceful atmosphere and charming ranch/cowboy-themed décor made it a unique and relaxing getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the quiet surroundings gave us some of the best sleep we've had in a long time. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay very convenient. One of the highlights was meeting the two horses and two donkeys. They were very friendly and always seemed happy to come say hello....

"This cozy cabin in Bragg Creek was clean, comfortable and offered a great location for exploring the Canmore / Kananaskis Country areas. Communication with the owner was excellent and accurate. One bedroom is huge, the second is small. The living area has a TV, comfy couches and a recliner and there are fresh towels. There’s a small kitchen table with four chairs in a nook. The large deck with ample seating and string lights was delightful. It was lovely that one night’s supply of firewood...

"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. The interior was filled with flies - they keep landing on our heads and food. The owner’s acknowledged...

"The view was great but the lake was frozen so a little different I think than if it was summer. Was cool seeing people drifting on the frozen lake though. Rooms were great, good sizes, awesome large main bedroom, noise from the living does carry upstairs as there is no door to separate it. I thought downstairs had a bigger living room of it own, so was not expecting that, but it worked out just fine. Open living, dining, kitchen was great for everyone hanging out."
