"It was good. Bed comfy. Need a bit more cleaning in rooms. Carpet in elevator needs replaced"

"The only problem I had with the room was that the TV wasn't working properly. I called the front desk, but with only one staff member on duty, the TV still wasn't fixed. The next morning, a maintenance person checked the TV and still couldn't fix it. So I paid for a room, but the TV still wasn't working. The front staff's only response was, "We apologize!" This is my last time staying at the hotel. Thanks."

"The entry and stairs were filthy. No vacuuming evident. The room had a musty odor. The bathroom linoleum was curled up at the edges. The WiFi was good. The breakfast offered waffles, coffee and apples. The pillows were lumpy. The apple juice dispenser dispensed water…no apple juice. We will not stay here ever again."

"Shower didn’t work. Had to take a bath"

"Staff was great."

"The hotel itself was old and rundown. The room itself was as clean as they could get it inside the bathroom. It looked clean until you looked at the tub and they had a mat in the tub that was different colors. The air conditioning did work."

"Had to put a $30 deposit just incase we stole the towels or left stains on anything. When I went into the room there were stains already on the bed sheets and covers, and the towels were also dirty and smelled weird. The room had a awful smell to it as well and wasnt that clean. The chair in the room also had a stain on it. The "continental" breakfast was just two different cereals with a gallon of milk next to it."

"We had 2 cockroaches in our room we had to kill, when we went to turn in the keys at 6:30 we could not find a key box to turn them in so had to slide them under the roll down door."

"Susan was wonderful as well as the rest of the staff"

"First - please get rid of the skeletons in the lobby area. It makes customers leary as they first walk in. I do appreciate that the supervisor fixed the room from two singles to one king size bed. It really needs some upgrading in the rooms."
