"The home was extremely clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was close to downtown attractions and restaurants. It is a comfortable and inviting home to visit and we would love to return."

"It was close to Five Points and the train was surprising at first but after the initial shock it was not an issue. Thx for the ice trays and pitcher with filtered water. Really liked the shower and water pressure. We didn’t have to drive anywhere after arriving thankfully, the parking area is tight but grateful for parking. "

"We went to Columbia to look for an apartment for our child who is starting law school at UofSC soon. The house is in an ideal location for anyone wanting to explore Columbia. It was clean and we did not have any issues during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and it looks like the whole area is being revitalized."

Also, I would highly recommend asking about the annex and renting the whole property if you have a need for more than 2 bedrooms! Adorable."
