"The price was right. Office location to check in is confusing / hard to find. Guests have 2 options, check in at restaurant on site or call # posted on office door left corner of buildings. Owner was pleasant. Room was clean, bathroom, not so much, missing toilet paper. No shampoo / conditioner provided. It's a budget motel. Tub/shower too dirty to use. If you're looking for a place to take a bath after a long day on the road, this isn't it. If you just want to crash, it's okay."

"There was no hot water in the room and the mattress was worn out and lacked support. I left with a back ache. When I brought the lack of hot water to their attention in the morning, I was told “yeah room # - doesn’t have hot water in the sink, you should have tried the shower.” There was no way I was going to shower with cold water. Room was decently clean, but the commonly touched areas (doorknobs, remotes, handles, etc) were either sticky or had visible soil build up that should have been cleaned. The door and wall to the bathroom looked like someone had been tapping a knife or something similar to it repeatedly, leaving a lot of small marks.
