"The room was very clean and looked to be recently refreshed. The only thing that might concern some travelers was the stained grout in the bathroom. It was stained not dirty. The grout around the tub needs to be redone, it was a sloppy job of sealing. It would definitely improve the look. Everything else was in good shape."

"We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. "We have stayed in B&B's for 30+ years. This is the first time we have been told breakfast was not included but we could pay more if we wanted it. The bed was uncomfortable . The cat was irritating. The "private" bathroom was down the hall and someone else tried to get in while I was in there. No bath towels. Just a terrible experience."
