"The rooms were very clean, but restraunt/lounge was closed due to no staff and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel because there is nothing close to go eat and have a drink, so we chose this hotel BUT it was not open and no where on the web site it said it was closed, and was not told this when they called to confirm my resorvations, didnt find out until we got there so that was a dissapointment, the tv screeen was messed up, very very small. We knew it was a double bed, but rolling into each other made for a bad night's sleep which was aggravated by the amazing number of dump trucks who ground through their gears rounding the corner of Route 7. "This property was just as pictured. Very spacious and clean. People who have any issues with steps should caution. There are steps to enter rither by the front or back door. Also the 3rd bedroom and the second bathroom are downstairs. There was also a great deal of noise down in that bedroom, from either the air conditioner and or the plumbing. The person that slept down there said they heard every time the toilet flushed upstairs during the night; and they could hear some sort of...

I’ve stayed at Alpine Lake at several different properties, and this was the first one that provided keys to be able to use the indoor pool. It was the perfect space for our family of 3 and 2 dogs. Tons of space inside for sleeping arrangements to account for different nap/sleeping schedules for kids. We are already discussing our next trip!! Highly recommend!!"

"Upon arrival we found mouse droppings throughout most of the kitchen drawers with chewed up paper towels. The home was very dusty and there was dog hair under couches, stairs, and around fire place. The home had lots of space and beautiful surroundings. With a deep clean and routine maintenance it would be a great place. Communication from host was good but we weren’t satisfied with how they handled our concerns. "
