"We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room or offered towels, soap or anything even though the booking says housekeeping will come once a week. The hair dryer doesn’t even work and yes I pushed the gfci switch on the wall outlet and the reset on the hair dryer itself and still didn’t work. The room looks a lot better in the pictures than in reality."

The neighbors immediately contact the host, who immediately contacted me. That means so much when you have a host who is actively caring (and neighbors!)
