From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. "

"The gym wasnt there, the lighting in the room was awful, the shower was not good , gave me a r[m someone was already in i used the key and ended up walking into a room that someone was already in . Super embarrassing. The bed had a lump in the middle of it ."
