"Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

Receptionist also was not very well versed when talking about the the facilities breakfast. Instead of just being positive she said, “ look it is not that all it is cracked up to be.” Was very concerned when our room we booked we couldn’t get into but it wasn’t even ready once they got in. "Was a little disappointed at how rundown this hotel looked in-person compared to the online photos. The ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and the thermostat would not keep up to cool the room. The biggest issue was their shuttle service. It took us to an event but then could not pick us back up as we found it was involved in some sort of incident. We were left to figure out our own way back. On check-in, Parker explained our parking options (rapidly, with an obvious intent to suggest we pay for the $20/daily unlimited in-and-out hotel parking; with a statement that he didn't know the cost of parking on the street (it's $1.25/hour from 9 am to 9 pm; free overnight) and that the ramp across the way was $10/day with no in and out.
