"I’m limited in mobility, and my room was on the 2nd floor. No worry, the outstanding service by staff with genuine caring made the issue moot. My room was clean and spacious. Fresh coffee or tea available 24x7. Breakfast fresh with ample choices! But mostly, it was the kindness and consideration of staff, especially one young man, who will make this a go to for every future visit!!"

"The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...

"Check in was great and my room was clean and comfortable. Excellent internet connection. Nice shower. Nice t.v. Nice bed except pillows were kinda flat. Greatvview from outside my window. Good breakfast and great coffee. I'll come again Thanks."

"Very tight parking.. parking lot not clearly marked shared with the Verizon next door.. only ice was on the main floor. Pool was nice didn't get a chance to go in it. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. Coffee available in lobby.. Very short Breakfast hours. Bedding was dirty upon arrival but the changed it quickly after I notified them. X"
