"False advertising and completely unacceptable. The address provided by Expedia led to an American Best Value Inn in Knob Noster, but there was no sign identifying the hotel I booked and no clear indication that the property listed on Expedia was located there. There was also no way to reach the front desk. When I arrived at the address, the hotel appeared to be located behind the main building. There were two separate buildings, and the property looked very shady and more like an apartment...

"The room didn’t have a phone, alarm clock, hair dryer, coffee pot, or any kitchen essentials as it was advertised as a kitchenette. Not too mention no breakfast was served on the site. Also we had to leave a day early due to the storm and gave plenty of notice and the man at the front desk said there was nothing he could do. The price was outrageous for a bed!!!! Won’t be back! "

"Loved the vault/closet in our studio! The zero entry shower was beautiful and will be fantastic for anyone needing somewhat handicapped accessible accommodation like my dad especially because there are no stairs to maneuver. Beautiful room, very clean and well stocked kitchen. We found this by accident and now we hope to stay there whenever we come to town. We also loved the Clue inspired names of the rooms!"
