"Exactly what we expected: clean and comfy in a beautiful setting. Bed and sheets were very comfortable, and we slept great. A/C kept up well despite how hot it was outside. "Communication was fine, as well as getting into the house. Few problems with the upkeep/cleaning. Kitchen window was disgusting with spiders a dirt all over it. Grass was about 1.5ft tall in the front yard. Dock needs some serious work as there are some boards that are ready to be replaced asap. Roof over boat lift is completely gone and has a tarp over it.
